The year-round of the farm family begins already in January, when the sheep mammas carry their babies into the world. Just then, the herd needs special care and attention. And already in February, the first seedlings wait for soil and are ready to move to the growth house to grow crops when the weather becomes warmer.
With an abundance of home produce it’s easy for a chef to whip up a delicious meal. We have preserved grass fed organic Highland cattle meat and locally sourced fish. Greenhouses are full of early vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, chillies, peppers, carrots, beets, potatoes and onions of several colors. In addition, if possible, we bring eggs from the local farmer and fish from the island fishermen
A little bit of fresh ingredients from here and there, great ovens and a great chef, and the food experience is waiting for you!
During peak season, there is a team of cooks and helpers to provide the best service.
